The Athina Livanos went aground at Redcar on the 28th of February 1937.
Τελικα βυθιστηκε στο Αντεν απο γερμανικο υποβρυχιο το 1943
The Greek cargo ship Athina Livanos was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine on November 29th, 1943, in the Gulf of Aden. Nine of her crew and two passengers were lost.
