The Palo (Italian) and Remy (French) upscale restaurants on the 12th deck offer memorable dinners

In the Disney movie Ratatouille, the rat who is the world's greatest chef is Remy! That's why the French restaurant is Remy. Two great wines are mentioned in the movie.

The first one is a 1961 Chateau Latour Paulliac. The second one is the 1947 Chateau Cheval Blonde (known to oenophiles as "Le vin mythique", a pure 100). In the movie, the nasty and demanding food critic Anton Ego requests this specific wine.

So Disney Cruises (and the Remy restaurant) saw it necessary to have one bottle each of these great wines, just in case. Should you decide to order one of the two bottles, it will cost you $13,000 for the 1961 wine and $25,500 for the mythical 1947 wine... I am told that in the 3 years and 4 months the ship Disney Fantasy has been sailing, nobody has ordered these two wines...
