Dear Dimas
The British marine magazine ''Motor Ship'' gives us the following, inclusive 2 photos of TOBOLSK when built.
Type: Cargopassenger
Ship yard: Cantieri del Mediterraneo Pietra Ligure (not Genoa)
Machinery: 2 x 1500 bhp.
Speed full load 15.5 knots
Passengers: 80 first class, 266 third class
Crew: 89
The sisters were ordered originally by the Italian company Ignazio Messina & Co., for service between Italy and Eastern Mediterranean ports, but due to financial difficulties the ships were completed for the Soviet V.O. Exportkhleb.

A few additions to what esperos wrote. TOBOLSK was scrapped in 1975 while NORILSK was taken out of service in 1976 to become a hotel ship at the Wrangels' Sea.

Here are a couple of shots:

Dear Ellenis

Is this a photo of Norilsk or an official ship postcard?

Thank you
