In this portion of the 1892 book by R.A.H. Bickford-Smith, Greece under King George (Bentley, London, 1892) the author talks about the flag ship of Goudes Line Nauplion! (see also http://www.nautilia.gr/forum/showthread.php?t=66053)

Nauplion was a very nice and successful Greek passenger ship. She was built especially for Goudes by H. M. NcIntyre Paisley in Hugh Scotland in 1882. She had 502 tons with a length of 56 m and a width of 8.1 m. Here service speed was 13.5 knots. See also http://www.clydesite.co.uk/clydebuil...p.asp?id=13322
She served Goudes very well for 35 years.
After World War I , in 1917, she passed to the Palios Line.
She transferred to Yannoulatos' Ionian Line and in 1922 became the well known Chrysallis.
In 1929 she transferred to the amalgamated company Elliniki Aktoploia.
In 1934 (after 52 years of service) she was ready to be forced in retirement but was saved by Yannoulatos and continued until March 1938 when she was scrapped at the advanced age of 56!
Here is the Miramar entry, very incomplete, very poor

Nauplion's schedule is difficult to discern but in 1887 we find the schedules of Goudes Line. The ship was doing all routes but Argosaronikos

Nauplion in the 1910s and early 1920s
Nauplion's schedule is more transparent since she was transferred to the Palios Line in 1916.
For years her main route became the Laconia-Messinia route with a typical schedule of Monemvasia, Neapolis, Aghia Pelaghia, Gytheion, Gerolimen, Limenion, Selinitsa, Kardamyli, Kalamata. certain other ports were added depended on seasonal needs. Here are schedules from August 13, 1919; November 28, 1919; and December 18, 1919. That last time, the schedule had been extended to Koroni, Methoni, Pylos, Aghia Kyriaki (Filiatra), Kyparissia and Katakolon.

The other important schedule of Nauplion was the Evoikos route with (unusual) stops in Aliveri and Stylis. Here i a schedule from November 19, 1919 and another from the 24th of that same month
