Hello Rasa Sayang. From the original rebuilt of 1967 the ship remained unchanged externally until the very end. The sheltered part of the bow never materialized. The only thing that changed in the mid 80s was the forward mast.

shows definetely open space behind the windscreens with working gears and not covered space with a Sportsdeck above in front of the Neptune Lounge on Athens Deck
Also the numbers of the cabins on Jerusalem Deck is low - in the 68 brochure for transatlantic voyages. The numbers count until J60 - later after theforward part get filled up with cabins the number raises until J82

Don΄t know she operated all of the announced TA voyages - but some perhaps
she was definetly one of the last "built" real Transatlantic Liner
In post #44 I uploaded a post card from the ship sent by my grandfather from Gibraltar on his way to Piraeus from New York on board Amerikanis. That was September 1969 maybe the last season for TA crossing. I assume the forward cabin addition took place shortly after before she stated cruising.
