Θα ήταν υπέροχη η αίσθηση, απο την μια ο όμορφος καθρέπτης του ΑΦΡΟΔΙΤΗ και από την άλλη η ανεμπόδιστη θέα προς τα πλώρα. Απο αέρα όμως... θα πρέπει να ήταν ζόρικα τα πράγματα...

Nicholas, many thanks for your dedication. I too have this rare postcard of a vessel which for no obvious reason is one of my favourite old Greek classics as she would be considered ugly by most. However there is something very special about her, perhaps her British heritage and typical Northern Seas ferry look which I find pleasing.

Have attached another vintage postcard of MSL which features the same photo of the ship but with additional interior shots.

Beautiful interiors Henry. I remember my trip to Brindisi with her near sister Poseidonia (ex-Innisfallen 3) and she had identical interiors and the wooden decks for relaxation.
