Mastrokostas Thank You for these great pictures. She must have had a big show lounge as the stage seems very big from above!
I especially like the photo of her lit up at night with a beautifully illuminated funnel. She was such a classic conversion from Avlis and she reminds me so much of the Emerald and Calypso which were also converted there (they all had the "Lelakis" pedigree!)
What a shame the Greeks did not build more purpose built cruise ships as their conversions were very cleverly designed and produced some beautifully streamlined ships retaining their classic lines (Aquarius of HML was also a perfect example of a small beautifully designed and built Greek product of the Perama shipyards at Piraeus).

Thank you for this great photo. It is very atmospheric with the palm trees and that handsome funnel. She really looked resplendent in the Starlite colours. I would love to see one of the whole ship either in port or at sea when she was doing the Mexico cruises, she was really a good looking vessel, shame she came to such a sudden and sad end.

Σε ευχαριστούμε Μαστροκώστα για την αφιέρωση της φωτογραφίας. Είναι πραγματικά ένα πλοίο που επειδή δεν επέζησε πολύ μετά την μετασκευή του από την Regent δεν υπάρχει πολύ φωτογραφικό υλικό, και χάρη σε σένα απολαμβάνουμε το πλοίο το οποίο όπως έχω γράψει στην αρχή του θέματος είχε καπετάνιο όταν έγινε το ατύχημα θείο μου, ο οποίος δεν θέλησε ποτέ ξανά να κυβερνήσει πλοίο.
