This ship was built as Joyeuse as you said Ellinis. She was built in Southampton, England by Day Summers, a less important shipyard. She was a single screw steamship of only 267 tons! Her owner was Maurice Jenks until 1909 and Henry Berkeley of London from 1910-13. She was sold to the French Government in 1916.
The ship was bought in 1920 by the Kymaïki Atmoploïki Nautiliaki Etaireia and registered in Kymi under the name Panagia.

As mentioned above, she was bought by the Atmoploïa Parnassidos in 1931 and named Athina S, the "S" indicating the last name of her owner E. Stoforos. Active until 1939.
She was requisitioned on November 6, 1940 and was sunk in a small bay close to Psathopyrgos on April 23, 1941.
