I thought about it twice before I created a special thread for Kalamara! But I did it for two reasons (i) she was not only an Argosaronikos ship; and (ii) once she gets her own thread, "uncle Apollon" will come forward with some good photos.
Kalamara was built by Vickers Sons & Maxim Ltd in 1898 as a 217-ton yacht, Seanymph, and was subsequently the yacht Jeannette (NB: Miramar says the opposite). In 1900 she was named Cala Mara. She arrived in Greece in 1945 as a purchase of the Greek Government. Here she is while belonging to the Government and managed by Ektelestiki Epitropi Thalasion Sygkoinonion. So, on October 19, 1946 she was running the route (from Chalkis) Limne, Aedipsos, Oreoi, Volos, i.e., what Kyknos was doing 20 years later and what Kafireus had done 25 years earlier!

Here is a nice painting of Kalamara by Antonis Milanos

And here is her standard route after she was bough by Vatikiotis. This schedule is from August 12, 1948.

This one of August 14, 1948 has a more complete schedule for Kalamara!

And now a nice photograph of Kalamara from 1955. It is from the National Archives*** {Photograph of Kalamara off Pireus, Greece BDB 16/L/270-271/35 1955 In http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/A2A/records.aspx?cat=025-bdb16&cid=-1&Gsm=2008-06-18#-1} and was reprinted in Laurence Dunn's Mediterranean Shipping, Carmania Press, London, 1999. You can see the traditional canopies she was always wearing...
By the way, the selection of the name Kalamara came from the Greek government that bought her first. It is not clear why they selected this name... Some spell her Calamara or Cala Mara in English.
