Mana was a much traveled, little known Greek ship of the beginning of the 20th century that served Argosaronikos and other coastal routes rather well...
Koutouzis provides the little information we have now (see http://www.koutouzis.gr/ploia.htm)
NB No 1: My addition. By 1941, Mana had been renamed Avra and belonged to K. Georgiades.Το 1928 αγοράστηκε από την Ατμοπλοϊα Σαρωνικού, το μήκους 45 μέτρων ατμόπλοιο «ΜΑΝΑ», και μπήκε αμέσως στη γραμμή.
NB No 2: Avra was raised from Yaltra and scrapped in 1950.
NB No 3: This Mana/Avra has nothing to do with the post-World War II ship Avra mentioned in http://www.nautilia.gr/forum/showthread.php?t=46401 A. Tzamtzis mentions a Greek passenger ship called Avra (built also in 1904 and having 374-tons) doing passenger service on January 1, 1949 but I believe there is a mistake here as in 1949 the first ship was in Yaltra and the second Avra was not built in 1904. Besides, the two ships have no common characteristics.
Here is a nice photograph of Mana in Aegina.
