Chrysanthi was a pre-war cargo/passenger ship that came to Greece in 1949 as a Tassos Sideratos ship and helped in the subsidized lines in those very early days. The ship was built as Vliestroom by Van Vliet shipyards in Hardinxveld in 1912. She had 655 tons and a length to width ratio of 52.8/8.6 m.
